What do Salesforce development services include?
Custom applications, Lightning Web Components, Apex business logic, workflow automation, integrations and package development. We agree the scope around your business process and existing Salesforce environment.
Do we need custom code or can Salesforce configuration cover the requirement?
We assess the requirement first. Standard features or configuration may be sufficient; custom development is considered where the user experience, business logic or integration needs call for it.
Can you improve an existing Salesforce application?
Yes. We can assess existing functionality, understand its dependencies and plan changes, bug fixes or interface improvements. Access to the code, documentation and test environment helps establish a reliable scope.
Can you build and prepare packages for AppExchange?
Zivoke provides package development, from requirements through build, testing and preparation for distribution. AppExchange publication depends on applicable Salesforce requirements and review; development does not guarantee approval.
How do you approach security and testing?
We plan access requirements, review data handling and test the agreed workflows, including exceptions and integrations. Release readiness and user acceptance are reviewed before deployment.
How long will the project take and how is it priced?
Timing and price depend on scope, complexity, integrations, migration and testing. We establish an estimate after reviewing requirements. Under-three-day onboarding refers to kickoff with scope and access aligned, not completion of the development work.
Can you support the application after launch?
Yes. We can agree managed support for issue resolution, enhancements and release coordination. Responsibilities, coverage and service levels are defined separately in the support scope.
