Common questions

Before we begin.

Talk through your requirements ↗
What does Salesforce implementation include?

Discovery, configuration, customization, migration, integration, testing, training and handover can form part of an implementation. We agree the required scope and dependencies before work begins.

Which Salesforce clouds can you implement?

We assess Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and other requirements against your chosen products and licenses. Cloud-specific scope and capabilities are confirmed during discovery.

Can you migrate data from our current systems?

Yes. We review source data, field mappings, duplicates, ownership and validation rules. Migration planning includes reconciliation and agreement on which records should move.

Can Salesforce connect to our existing applications?

Yes. We review interfaces, security, data ownership and integration dependencies as part of the implementation plan. The design may use APIs, middleware or available connectors.

How do you prepare users for launch?

We plan role-based training, user acceptance and operational handover with your business owners. The approach reflects how each team will actually use the platform.

How long will implementation take?

Timing depends on scope, data readiness, integrations and stakeholder availability. Onboarding can begin in under 3 days with scope and access aligned; delivery milestones are agreed separately.

What support is available after go-live?

We agree handover, launch support and any ongoing managed services scope. Responsibilities, coverage and service levels are defined before the transition.
